There are a number of scams and threats on the Internet today where a customer is requested to provide confidential information by someone impersonating a service provider. In the ordinary course of our business, we may use the contact information you provide us to alert you regarding any difficulty we may experience in attempting to process your application, and/or at the request of the school district where a student on your profile is enrolled. We may contact you via email, by letter, or by telephone. You should never provide any information to any one representing themselves as our representative unless you are certain of their identity. The best way to do this is to initiate the contact with us yourself using contact information published on our website.

Commitment to Data Security

While no method is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting the personal information that we collect.
