Changes to the Policy We encourage you to visit this page often to ensure that you are aware of our current policy as this policy may be changed, modified or amended at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not include the selling of information or provision to a third party except to provide the services or as required by law. Updates will be posted to this site with the date of the last update clearly visible.
Commitment to Privacy of Your Data The privacy of the consumers who use this service is of utmost importance to us. We respect your privacy and have instituted and enforce policies to ensure that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly. Personal information includes any information that uniquely identifies you as an individual such as name, address, phone number, or email address and any financial information such as income. Information Collected and its Use When you visit our site, we may capture your browser type, browser version, IP address, and Internet Service Provider as well as the paths that you take as you move from page to page. None of this information is retained in such a way as to identify you as an individual. This is for internal statistical reporting only and may be used to improve the content and layout of our website.
Personal information that you provide voluntarily is collected in order to complete your application. This may include information such as names, address, phone number, email address and income. We also may capture the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. This is retained and used only in the event that there are issues relating to the origin of an application.
Your personal information is not sold or shared with anyone for any purpose other than to achieve successful completion of your application. Identifiable information is shared only with those parties entrusted with the processing of your application and the school district where the student attends. Please note that this policy does not apply to information we are required, or we reasonably believe we are required, to disclose by law, or in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

Choices Regarding Entry of Personal Information The entry of your personal information is strictly voluntary. However, certain information is required if you choose to complete an application using this site. Reasons We Contact Our Customers There are a number of scams and threats on the Internet today where a customer is requested to provide confidential information by someone impersonating a service provider. Therefore, it is important to understand when and how we will contact you. In the ordinary course of our business, we may use the contact information you provide us to alert you regarding any difficulty we may experience in attempting to process your application, and/or at the request of the school district where a student on your profile is enrolled. We may contact you via email, by letter, or by telephone. You should never provide any information to any one representing themselves as our representative unless you are certain of their identity. The best way to do this is to initiate the contact with us yourself using contact information published on our website.
If you have any questions or concerns relating to a communication from us or believe that you have been the victim of a scam involving this service, please contact our Customer Support Center using the phone number or email address listed on our website or provide at the end of this policy. Commitment to Data Security While no method is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting the personal information that we collect. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, an industry standard for transmitting data securely over the Internet, is used to encrypt the information before it is transmitted to us. Once we receive the information, your data is protected through a combination of strictly enforced procedures and a secured computer network designed in accordance with best practice guidelines. Among other things, we use multiple firewalls, multiple layers of data protection, and an Intrusion Detection System to protect your data.
Disclosure of Breaches of Personal Information While we have measures in place to guard the security of your personal data, we agree to inform you if we become aware that your information is stolen, breached, or is publicly available. We will provide notice, either by letter, email or by phone, of the event within ninety (90) days of the date we become aware of the breach. This notification clause does not apply to those cases where we are legally required to disclose data, or in those cases where the breach is caused by a third party, such as the school district.
